CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A Charlotte doctor has been arrested for sexually assaulting two patients in east Charlotte. Β
Investigators say the first incident happened when the victim went to Fidelis Edosomwan’s medical facility on Milton Road near The Plaza for a medical examination on January 2nd. Β The victim claims Edosomwan sexually assaulted her during the examination. Β
Another victim, claims she went to a medical facility on West Sugar Creek Road near North Tryon on January 14th. Β During the examination, the victim claims she was also sexually assaulting. Β
Police arrested and charged Edosomwan with two counts of 2nd degree sexual offense and three counts of sexual battery. Β
