MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Police arrested a Mooresville man after they allegedly found an elaborate marijuana grow operation in a building behind his home. Β
Investigators say Robert Fleak, 60, had 68 marijuana plants and several items used to grow marijuana in a building on his property on Mount Ulla Highway. Β
Police say the marijuana has a street value of $102,000. Β Fleak has been charged with manufacturing marijuana, possession with intent to see and deliver marijuana, maintaining a dwelling, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Β
