Suspect arrested after deadly shooting outside bank
A man is in police custody for a deadly shooting outside a northwest Charlotte bank.
Weβre told 22-year-old Samβon Smith is charged with first-degree murder.Β
The shooting happened Friday around 10:30 a.m. at the Bank of America branch on Callabridge Court off Mount Holly-Huntersville Road.
CMPD says 50-year-old Ina Michelle Lang was killed. Investigators have not said if this shooting is a result of a robbery.Β
