CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Charlotte Cobras Public Safety Football Team will open their 2018 home schedule by hosting the New York Department of Corrections this Saturday.
The game will be played at North Mecklenburg High School in Huntersville on Saturday, April 28, 2018, at 1:00 p.m.
The Cobras are a charitable, non-profit organization that competes to raise money for charities that benefit disabled first responders.
All of the players are sworn members or former members of a first responder organization that include police officers, firefighters, sheriff’s deputies, medics in addition to state and federal agents.
Tickets can be purchased on the team’s website at www.charlottecobrasfootball.org and at the gate for $10.
As a part of the Cobras’ appreciation for our military personnel, they are designating this weekend’s game as a Military Appreciation event. All active duty and reserve military personnel will be admitted for free with a Military ID.
As always, children 12 and under are admitted free of charge.
