Pet rabbits safe after massive apartment fire in Morrisville
Two pet rabbits are safe with their owner after a massive apartment fire near Raleigh.
Christine Council, a flight attendant, was out of the country when she found out that her apartment building caught on fire on Monday.
She was worried about her two pet rabbits, Peanut Creampuff and Leonard. Returning to see the damage in person, Council was certain her rabbits didnβt survive, but someone from the apartment staff found the beloved pair alive.
Peanut Creampuff and Leonard were hiding under drywall that had fallen in the fire, so they were thankfully okay.
