NC AG calls on Congress to demand tariff refunds for the American people

RALEIGH, N.C. – North Carolina Attorney General Jeff Jackson is trying to get you your money back. He is calling on Congress to get refunds from the government for the American people.

This comes after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled President Donald Trump’s sweeping sky-high tariffs illegal.

While some in the political world try to portray those import taxes as paid by companies overseas, they’re actually paid by businesses here in the U.S. and in turn you, the consumer, in the form of higher prices.
