Viral Videos: Zoo Faces Charges After Taking Bear to Dairy Queen

CHARLOTTE, NC —
A Canadian Zoo faces charges after taking a bear out for ice cream and posting a video online. The video, posted to Facebook earlier this year, shows the bear being fed ice cream out of the Dairy Queen drive-thru window. After a lot of backlash, the zoo has deleted the video. Apparently no one got permission to take the bear for an outing. The zoo’s owner says there were no safety concerns, as the bear was secured by a chain and the video had been taken before the Dairy Queen had opened for the day.
A truck carrying 12 tons of liquid milk chocolate hit a barrier and tipped over in Poland on Wednesday. It caused a huge traffic jam. The clean-up was horrible because the chocolate was more apparently harder to remove than oil. No one was hurt.
