Gastonia PD makes arrest in what they call “shocking case” involving incest charges

GASTONIA, N.C. – Gastonia Police have made an arrest in what they call a “shocking case.” They charged 40-year-old Francisco Rosales-Ortiz with two counts of felony First Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor as well as two felony counts of Incest.

Gaston County Police and the U.S. Marshals Carolinas Regional Task Force assisted the Gastonia PD in locating and arresting Rosales-Ortiz. He is being held in the Gaston County Jail with no bond.
