CFD responds to Thursday morning house fire on South Tryon Street

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – WCCB is still asking the Charlotte Fire Department what might have sparked a house fire on South Tryon Street.

The call for help came in before 11 Thursday morning. CFD says once they got there, it took 30 firefighters just under 20 minutes to get the flames under control.

Nobody was hurt.
