UPDATE: Police have Mr. Kirkpatrick in custody without incident.
CHARLOTTE, N.C.– Police with the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department are on the lookout for 17-year-old Arthur Kirkpatrick who is wanted for possession of stolen motor vehicle, damage to property and interfering with an electronic monitoring device.
The teen was court ordered to wear a electronic monitoring device as a condition of his pre-trial release. On Tuesday, Kirkpatrick cut off his electronic monitor and was last known to be in the area of 6500 Rumple Road near University City Boulevard.
Kirkpatrick is 5’6″ and 160 lbs.
