Two Teens Charged For Series Of East Charlotte Break-Ins

CHARLOTTE, N.C. —Β  Two teens have been charged for their involvement in a series of residential break-ins in Charlotte.

Tryshon Herron, 19, and Keshon Perry, 17, have been chargedΒ Breaking and Entering, Larceny after Breaking and Entering, and Conspiracy to Commit Breaking and Entering.

On Tuesday, May 22, 2018, CMPD officers responded to a breaking and entering call at a residence in the 5700 block of Copper Creek Court.

Officers were able to identify Herron and Perry as suspects in the incident from video surveillance.Β  Β Herron and Perry wereΒ  seen walking in the area and fled when approached by police.

The were both located and detained without incident.

Following an interview, Herron and Perry were determined to be suspects in other east Charlotte break-ins.Β  They were charged withΒ Breaking and Entering, Conspiracy to Commit Breaking and Entering, and Common Law Robbery for those incidents as well.

Detectives are reviewing similar cases and more charges may be filed.
