Police arrest man after murder of woman at south Charlotte apartment complex

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Police have made an arrest in the murder of a woman killed in south Charlotte. We first brought this to you as breaking news Friday night on the News at 10.

30-year-old Tawaun Lee is charged with murder in the death of 23-year-old Sa’niya Latimore. Police say Latimore was killed Friday night at the Charlotte Woods Apartments on Scaleybark Road.

Police are calling this a domestic situation.
