Heavy police presence at east Charlotte apartment complex

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A large police presence has been reported at an east Charlotte apartment complex.

WCCB’s crew took these photos at the The Kelston apartments off Albemarle Road late Wednesday morning.

CMPD has not released details about the operation.
