Man in viral Uptown horse video sued by former client

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – One of the men seen in a viral video of a horse running through uptown before being hit by a car is being sued by a former client.

Desmon and Devon Moore own Reform Stables in northwest Charlotte. According to court documents, a client was boarding her horse at their stable. On Christmas night, her horse suffered an injury that resulted in the animal losing its eye.

She sued Desmon Moore in January for negligence. A judge ruled in her favor, and Moore was ordered to pay $1,200 in damages. Moore is appealing the decision.
