Two Arrested On Drug Charges Following Traffic Stop In Iredell County

STATESVILLE, NC — A man and woman from Olin, North Carolina are facing multiple charges after deputies found drugs and paraphernalia during a traffic stop Saturday.

Iredell County deputies say Beth Stanley, 49, was wanted on an active arrest warrant when they pulled her over on Wilkesboro Highway.

Stanley’s boyfriend, 41-year-old Freddie Davis was also in the vehicle. While placing Stanley under arrest, deputies say they also found methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia in Davis’s possession.

Both suspects were then placed under arrest.

Davis is charged with Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Distribute Methamphetamine, Felony Possession of Methamphetamine, Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana, Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia, and Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Stanley is charged with Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was also served with her outstanding warrant.
