One hurt in Thursday afternoon shooting near Optimist Hall

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – MEDIC says it took one person to the hospital following shooting in north Charlotte. That shooting happened around one Thursday afternoon near Optimist Hall on North Caldwell Street.

According to MEDIC the person’s injuries are life-threatening. CMPD has not said what led to this shooting, or if they have made any arrests.
