CHARLOTTE, NC — A class action lawsuit has been filed against a west Charlotte Hardee’s after thousands of people were potentially exposed to hepatitis A.

There will be more clinics open through next week so people who may have been exposed can get vaccinated. More than 1,500 people have received the vaccine so far.
The Hardee’s employee is the 10th hepatitis A case in Mecklenburg County since April 20th.
There were only four reported cases in all of last year.
