FORT MILL, S.C. — Police say they charged four teens after a 19-year-old was kidnapped, robbed and assaulted in Fort Mill.
Police were called to a disturbance at a local residence when they say the victim was found bleeding from lacerations to his forearm and hand due to being robbed and assaulted.
The victim reportedly identified the suspects as Brandon Potts and Robert Potter. Officers say the suspects returned to the scene and were taken into custody. However, during their arrest, police say a 16-year-old female attempted to interfere with officers and was also taken into custody. It was later determined that she also was involved in the robbery.
A 15-year-old also reportedly tried to interfere with officers and was temporarily detained, issued a juvenile petition for hindering a police investigation and released to her father.
Potts, Potter and the 16-year-old female were all charged with armed robbery, criminal conspiracy, kidnapping and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
