Fallen tree limbs block part of Randolph Road during heavy rain on Thursday

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Heavy rain fell Thursday in east Charlotte.

CMPD blocked part of the road after several tree limbs fell down along Randolph Road. This is near Billingsley Road.
