Heavy rain causes tree to fall near Seneca Place intersection in Madison Park

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – In Madison Park, we saw impacts from the weather moving through Thursday.

Part of a tree came crashing down near the intersection of Seneca Place and Seacroft Road.
