Shooting on I-77 in Mooresville injures two people

MOORESVILLE, N.C. – We’re working to learn more about a shooting that injured two people on I-77 in Mooresville. It happened Sunday night near exit 35.

Police say one patient was taken to a local hospital and the other was airlifted to Charlotte.

We’re asking police what led to that shooting and if it may have been connected to road rage.
