CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A Lyft driver was robbed at gunpoint and carjacked in north Charlotte early Saturday morning, according to police.
The robbery happened at about 5:09 a.m. in the 3300 block of North Davidson Street.
The CMPD says the Lyft driver was going to pick up the suspect but the suspect demanded that the driver get out of the car at gunpoint.
The victim was not injured and the case is still under investigation.
