GASTONIA, N.C. — A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Gastonia woman who is believed to be endangered.
The N.C. Center for Missing Persons says Debbie Dyson, 57, is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Dyson is about 5’2″ and weighs approximately 140 pounds. She has short red hair and green eyes.

She was last seen in the area of 54 Burmil Road in Gastonia wearing a neon green t-shirt and khaki colored pants.
Authorities believe she was traveling toward Spencer Mountain Road.
