Ardrey Kell principal announces she is retiring and moving to England

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – There is a major leadership change coming to one of the largest high schools in Mecklenburg County. Dr. Susan Wills, the principal of Ardrey Kell High School, has announced her retirement effective November first.

In a letter sent to families, Dr. Wills shared that she is relocating to England to join her husband, closing the distance on a three-year long-distance relationship.

Wills will continue leading the school through her retirement date, working with CMS leadership to ensure a smooth transition.
