Police identify man shot and killed on Montford Drive over the weekend

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Police have identified a man who died after being shot outside a bar on Montford Drive in south Charlotte.

Investigators say 57-year-old Galal Abadi was pronounced dead at the hospital after being shot around one AM on Saturday morning.

Police have not named a suspect, but detectives say they’ve identified everyone involved and are not looking for anyone else.
