CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police need your help identifying a robbery suspect who is accused of robbing two stores in 30 minutes.
Investigators say a man entered a Kangaroo Express on Tyvola Drive early Tuesday morning, pulled out a gun and demanded property. Police say the suspect fled the area on foot.
Investigators say approximately 30 minutes later, the same suspect entered a Quick Trip on Wilkinson Boulevard, threatened the clerks with a weapon while demanding money. No one was injured in these robberies.
Police say the suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5’10” tall, 170lbs, with medium build and was last seen wearing a dark colored jump suit. Anyone with information on these robberies is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600.
