Tasty Tuesday: Lady Funari brings handmade tradition to Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte is getting an early taste of Lady Funari, a new pasta bar set to open in South End this fall.

Executive Chef Vince Giancarlo joined WCCB Rising to demonstrate the fundementals of making fresh pasta from scratch and share the inspiration behind the new restaurant.

The restaurant will open in the former Futo Buta space along the Rail Trail. Guests can expect dinner Wednesday through Sunday, along with daytime hours featuring espresso, pastries and lighter bites.
