Officials say the Silver Alert issued for Grady Moore has been lifted. Matthews Police say Moore was found safe and has been reunited with his family.

MATTHEWS, NC — Matthews Police are looking for 56-year-old Grady Moore who suffers from dementia.
A Silver Alert was issued Wednesday evening for Moore. Police say he was last seen around 7am on Tuesday, August 14 in the area of the Intown Suites on E. Independence Boulevard.
Moore is described as a black male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, between 160 and 170 pounds, and a mustache. Police say he was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, red t-shirt, khaki shorts and blue shoes.
He is also known to frequent the CATS bus terminal on E. Trade Street.
