Kidnap Prank Caught On Camera

Charlotte Police are warning parents about a new prank called the Dino Bold Challenge. In a new Youtube video, a man is seen picking up a child right in front of his mother in NoDa and attempting to kidnap the child. The man says, he didn’t mean to harm or offend anyone but police say it’s not a joke and someone could have gotten hurt.
