Paid Time Off In The US

When it comes to paid time off compared to other countries, the U.S. is far behind. In fact, the U.S. is the only advance economy that doesn’t guarantee it’s workers any paid time vacation. Workers in France, Germany, Spain and the U.K. have a total of more than 30 vacation days.

The average paid time off in the U.S. is 15 days a year. Should paid time off be a requirement?
