ROCK HILL, S.C. – A Rock Hill City Councilwoman is under investigation after a disorderly conduct incident.
The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division investigated an alleged disorderly conduct incident that occurred on October 9th in Rock Hill. The incident involved Rock Hill City Councilwoman Sarah Vining and two girls on a golf cart.
There are no SLED charges at this time. SLED’s investigation remains active and ongoing.
