LINCOLN COUNTY, NC — The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office is trying to find 29-year-old Edward Garrett who went missing after visiting a friend over the weekend.
Garrett reportedly borrowed a vehicle this weekend to visit a friend in the western part of Lincoln County, but never returned home. Deputies say the vehicle was found abandoned Monday on the side of Dave Heafner Road in Crouse, NC.
According to reports, Garrett was last seen leaving his friend’s home on Highway 274 early Sunday morning and heading home to Cherryville.
Garrett is described as a white male, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 145 pounds, brown eyes, brown hair, with a tattoo of Superman on his right arm and a Tasmanian devil on his left.
