From the NFL to namaste

CHARLOTTE, N.C.– From the football field to finding your inner peace, one wellness business is helping people take care of their bodies AND their minds! Dream, founded by Doug and Caroline Middleton, is expanding with a second location in Waxhaw, offering everything from yoga and Pilates to recovery services. And now, with support from NFL players, they’re also helping young athletes succeed beyond the game! We’re learning more about their mission this morning!
