2 Arrested, 3 Wanted After Cleveland County Drug Roundup
CLEVELAND COUNTY, NC — Detectives in Cleveland County arrested two drug suspects this week, and say they’re are still looking for three more.
Roy Turner, 61, and Sandra Moore, 50, both residents of Kings Mountain, have been charged with multiple drug related crimes.
Turner is charged with Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Distribute Cocaine and Sell/Deliver Cocaine.
Moore is charged with two counts each of Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Distribute Heroin and Sell/Deliver Heroin.
Sheriff Norman said, “Our priority is to destroy the drug trade in this county. If we have to do it one dealer at a time, that is what we will do. For those who think drug trafficking is a victimless crime, about 80% of all crime in this county has some connection to the drug trade. The family devastation we see from drug addiction, especially methamphetamine, heroin, and prescription drug diversion, drives us to put an end to these brokers of human misery. Our citizens can help us succeed by calling 704-484-4987, and providing information on drug dealers in their neighborhoods. So much good information comes each week from the many citizens who make that call.”
Detectives say they are still looking for three additional suspects wanted on the following drug related charges:
- Robert Pressley Quinn, 74, of Kings Mountain: Charged with Maintaining a Dwelling for Purposes of a Controlled Substance, PWIMSD Cocaine (4 Counts), and Sell / Deliver Cocaine (4 Counts)
- Timothy Lamar Davis, 24, of Kings Mountain: Charged with PWIMSD Cocaine (4 Counts), Sell/Deliver Cocaine (4 Counts), PWIMSD Oxycodone, and Sell / Deliver Oxycodone
- Karen Suzette Hannah, 48, of Blacksburg, SC: Charged with PWIMSD Methamphetamine (2 Counts), Sell / Deliver Methamphetamine (2 Counts), PWIMSD Lorazepam, and Sell / Deliver Lorazepam
