CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools will be closed on Monday, September 17th, due to the expected impacts of Hurricane Florence.
In a news release, CMS says all athletic practices, games and events are canceled through Monday, September 17th, as well as field trips and extra curricular activities.
Officials say make up days will be designated at a later date.
