Woman Leaves Toddler Alone On Stranger’s Doorstep

Police in Spring, Texas say a woman who left a 2-year-old boy on a strangers doorstep could be charged with child abandonment.
The whole thing was caught on a doorbell camera.
The woman ran up to the house, holding the little boy by one arm.
She rang the doorbell, knocks and then ran off.
The boy was still alone when her car drove away seconds later.

Investigators learned the woman is a friend of the toddler’s mom.
She was supposed to drop him off at his father’s house.
The boy’s dad lives next door, but the woman claims her GPS sent her to the wrong home.
The woman in the video says she left the child because it was cold outside and she didn’t have a sweater.
She says she waited to drive off until she saw someone open the door and this is all one big mistake.
