CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police have charged a suspect with killing a man at a west Charlotte gas station on October 19th.
CMPD says 27-year-old Michael Lee Patrick was arrested Tuesday morning and charged with 2nd Degree Murder.
Officers responded to a shooting around 11:44pm on Friday, October 19th in the 800 block of Clanton Road. Arriving officers found Kareem McLeod, 22, suffering from a gunshot wound in gas station parking lot.
Medic took Mr. McLeod to the hospital where he died from his injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
