HICKORY, NC — Police have charged a man in connection to an armed robbery on October 12th.
Nohsher Chiah, 34, is charged with robbing the Speedway gas station on NC Hwy 127 S. at gunpoint. Witnesses told police Chiah entered the store around 3:30am, displayed a handgun and demanded money.
He then reportedly took off in an SUV.
Chiah was arrested around 6:40pm on Saturday, October 20th. He is charged with Conspire – Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, and is currently being held under a $150,000 bond.
