CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A man was shot in north Charlotte and sent to the hospital Tuesday night.
Officers with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department were called shortly after 8 p.m. to the 3600 block of Cypress Pond Drive where a man shot another man inside a home.
Medic transported the victim to the hospital where he will be treated for life threatening injuries.
Police say the shooter and victim know each other.
No arrests have been made.
