CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Don’t count on the rain leaving anytime soon. It’s going to be a long, rainy, nasty Friday!
The pouring rain has been keeping the roads slick and causing a number of wrecks around the Charlotte area.
So far, there are 30 active wrecks that have yet to be cleared.
Drivers, leave the house early and drive slowly. Be sure to grab your umbrellas and rain jackets. Heck, you may even want to pull out those rain boots!
