CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A child was hit by a car while trick or treating in northeast Charlotte on Halloween night.
The incident happened around 8 p.m. on Daniel Place Drive.
CMPD says the child is expected to be okay. Medic treated the child for minor injuries.
Police are working to determine what caused the crash.
