CMPD Seeks Man Accused In Credit Union Armed Robbery

CHARLOTTE, NC — Police are trying to find the suspect they say robbed the Sharonview Federal Credit Union early Friday morning.

The robbery happened around 9:30am at the branch located on Park Road. According to investigators, the suspect allegedly cocked the weapon in the presence of bank tellers.

The suspect is described as a black male, shorter than six feet tall with scruffy facial hair.
