CHARLOTTE, N.C. — US Airways is asking customers to call them to rebook canceled flights.
A spokesperson said they know wait times are lengthy due to high call volume but they are working hard to get customers to their destinations as soon as possible.
Customers whose travel plans have been impacted will NOT be able to rebook at the airport for flights because most flights are full. Officials are still expecting significant delays throughout Friday.
US Airways has canceled 500 or it’s 3,000 flights Friday.
