CHARLOTTE, NC — CMPD has located a person of interest in connection to a shooting in University City Monday afternoon.
The shooting happened just after 4pm on Gracyn Olivia Drive. Police say a man was shot in the parking lot of the apartment complex and taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
Investigators have reportedly located a person of interest, and say no other suspects are wanted at this time.
The victim’s name has not yet been released.
