GASTONIA, NC — Police have arrested a man accused of shooting and killing 30-year-old Terrence Terrell on Thursday, November 22.
Investigators have charged Jeremy Smith, 19, with First Degree Murder, Attempted Murder, Assault with a Deadly Weapon Resulting in Serious Injury, Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, and Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
The shooting reportedly happened on Sunshine Avenue. Police say Smith is accused of stealing a car and shooting two people, including Terrell.
