INDIAN TRAIL, N.C. – Three adults, one child and a dog were on a private plane when it crashed only seconds after taking off at the Goose Creek Airport in Union County just before 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 11.
The Union County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that three male adults and a boy were all transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Patrol Lieutenant Robert Rollins confirmed that the Federal Aviation Administration were on scene investigating the cause of the crash.Β
