Authorities say Thomas Wayne Pickard, 52 of Lancaster was arrested and charged with soliciting prostitution in York County.
Pickard is a full time Lieutenant with Lancaster County Fire Rescue and a volunteer Chief with Indian Land Fire Department.
He has been placed on administrative leave without pay until a personnel investigation is conducted.
