New Year’s Resolution Shelf-Life
New Year, New You! Lots of people try to break bad habits or make positive changes this time of year. No matter what your resolution is, research shows most people won’t keep theirs for very long. A study by Strava says most Americans will ditch their annual commitment by Saturday, January 12th. That’s based off online global activities of more than 31 million people. Research from the University of Scranton shows just 8% of people achieve their New Year’s goals, while around 80% give up.
