MEDIA, P.A. — A Waxhaw man was arrested in Pennsylvania on child pornography charges. Β
Police say they seized a laptop from Ivan Zubiaga, 50, upon his arrival at Philadelphia Airport from a business trip in Munich, Germany. Β
When questioned about his recent travels during inspection, Zubiaga stated he was in Germany for business and that he is the executive vice president for Raedlinger’s Primus Line.
Investigators say authorities retrieved two laptops, a cellphone, a hard drive and several thumb drives during a baggage exam. Β The items were turned over to Homeland Security.
Special Agents found a large number of files depicting child porn on the devices. Β Investigators say Zubiaga admitted to downloading and watching child porn for approximately 10 years. Β
Zubiaga is facing 25 counts of possessing child pornography. Β Β
