Couple Charged With Neglect of Premature Baby

ROCK HILL, NC — A Rock Hill couple is charged with neglect, accused of not giving their baby needed medication.
Police arrested Priscilla Norris and Mike Smith Wednesday. Β According to arrest warrants, Norris gave birth to a premature baby last March. Β
A Department of Social Services investigator contacted police, saying the couple had not been giving the baby medication to help her grow or getting her the medical care she needs.
